'Some
of us can trace our spiritual life back to the dawn of mankind and have had
regular incarnations ever since that time. Some
of us, however, seem to have had only a few incarnations, although these may be
spread over many generations. One
theory as to why this difference occurs is that perhaps the planet Earth is not
the only planet we inhabit as spirits but, whilst we are on our Earth, we are
only able to recall the incarnations we have here.
Most
of us have now come to believe that we have lived before and often many, many
times before. The body of evidence
for this, as presented by Past Life and Regression therapists is now so great,
that it would be foolish to ignore that it is, at the least, possible and, at
the most, probable that we return time and time again to learn the lessons that
we need to ascend in the Spirit world.
During
Hypnosis and deep Meditation, it is possible to take someone back into a past
life and to ‘re-live' part of that incarnation and learn to fully understand
it. This can be of great benefit to
us, especially in those cases, where something in a past incarnation is
adversely effecting a present incarnation.
Through
having a past life vision, situations can become evident that have a bearing on
our present lifetime. This can often explain problems that we are experiencing
in this lifetime and this new knowledge can be both useful and comforting to us.
It is often also possible to see whether we have had a connection or
relationship in a past life that has come through with us to our present life.
Working
through the guided meditations on this CD will give you a further insight into
the theory and practice of Past Life Regression.
